Our property is very well located in Ayia Napa center, near Ayia Napa Town Hall and the Medieval Monastery square.
Situated above Nissi avenue at the beginning of the famous Ayias Mavris strip, provides direct access to many shops, restaurants, bars, and clubs. Convenient stores can be found just around the corner when pharmacies and health services are very close as well.
If you prefer to go around on foot then you will find your self in less than ten minutes walking at the nearest beach, Pernera A. If you on the other hand hire a car or bicycle then you can be in minutes in Nissi Beach, Sandy Bay or Limanaki. The small harbor is picturesque and lovely to visit in the night as well. Free parking on site upon request for our guests.
Car and bicycle rental companies are all over Ayia Napa and some just outside La Casa. Details and information can be found on the frontdesk. Cyprus biggest amusement park with rides and games, Parko Paliatso, is only a kilometer away and WaterWorld Themed Waterpark 7 minutes by car.
Also take the chance to visit the Sculptures Park and Cape Greco, to enjoy the stunning sunset!
We are less than an hour away from Larnaca International Airport. Shuttle and intercity bus can be used for your transportation, the stops are in the square and at Nissi avenue. The fastest way to get from and to the airport is by TAXI and we can help you arrange it if you wish.
