Our reception team is always available to assist you and help make your stay at La Casa Di Napa as pleasant and enjoyable as possible.
At the reception, you can find local maps and useful information about Ayia Napa, public transportation, excursions, and nearby attractions. We can also assist with taxi bookings, shuttle services, and printing boarding passes.

Early check-in, late check-out, and day-use options may be available upon request and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
If you are arriving outside reception operating hours, please inform us in advance so we can arrange your check-in.
Payments
For reservations payable at the property, payment is required upon arrival. For all card payments, the cardholder must be present together with the payment card. Secure online payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are also accepted.

Our team will be happy to provide information about local and intercity bus services, excursions, sightseeing opportunities, and transportation options.
If you need your boarding pass printed, simply forward the PDF file to our email address and we will print it for you.
Outside reception operating hours, a night guard remains on the premises to assist guests. In case of emergency, please call +357 23 723123.
