Frequently Asked Questions

The complex is very well located in Ayia Napa center. We are very close to services, restaurants and bars. The nearest beach is just 10 minutes on foot and Nissi Avenue is within walking distance (2km). Also La Casa Di Napa spreads over a big land area and is ideal for relaxation and get away.

Reception is open from 10:00 to 18:00 daily. There you can find maps of the area and collect information. We are at your disposal to help you have a pleasant stay.

Check-in is at 14:00 and check-out is at 12:00.

During the summer season early check-in and late checkout is upon availability. To avoid any inconvenience in case we might not be able to meet the demand because of limited availability, please reconsider the arrival and departure date of your reservation.

In that case please inform us in advance in order to arrange a late check-in.

 

For your registration you will be asked to present ID or passport for all the guests on the reservation. It is very important, if you are paying at the property with a credit/debit card, to have it with you for validation. According to the international regulations of credit/debit cards, the cardholder and the card must be present at the check-in.

If you have arranged the payment online before arrival, card validation is not necessary.

At least one adult is required for every reservation.

We offer rich international breakfast with great variety of bread, cold cuts, cheeses, yogurt, fruits cereals and also many hot breakfast option such as boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, omelette, bacon and sausages, croissant and cakes. We also offer freshly grinded coffee, juice and water.
Breakfast is served from 8:00 am to 10:00 am every morning from April to October, at the main restaurant.

At the pool bar you can find snacks, pasta, salads and homemade pizza, drinks and delicious desserts.

 

Yes there is a spacious parking at the premises, free for our guests.

We accept payments in cash in euro, and the following cards: Visa, Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, JCB, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay. We do not accept cheques.

You will receive a receipt for your payment and at your check-out you will get your invoice. Please confirm the details at the time of registration.

Cancellation Policy is according to the rate plan you have chosen. We offer non refundable options but also rate plans with flexible policy.

At your check-in a security deposit of 100€ is required for possible damages. The deposit can be held from your credit card or in cash and is refundable at your check-out only in the case there are no damages in the room or missing items.

We supply towels for the room, linen, shampoo and soap.

Housekeeping is offered daily  and change of linen and towels is done every third day. 

We do not supply beach towels, although if you forget to bring your own you can find in any souvenir shop in low prices.

Pool towels are available to rent with a charge.

Of course we have Wi-Fi in all our apartments and the communal areas. The password is written in your key folder.

In all Studios and One Bedroom Apartments there is a washing machine. There is also a communal washing machine at BLOCK K, which all guests can use 24/7, without charge.

Ask the reception to provide you with an iron and ironing board which you must return at your check-out.

The Standard One Bedroom, Studio, Luxury One Bedroom Block R and L are accessible by stairs when on the upper floor. There are apartments on the ground floor as well.

The Luxury One Bedroom in Block K are accessible by stairs and also by an elevator.

Apartment allocation is upon availability. 

Ask reception to provide you with a plug adapter (Type G).

Smoking is only allowed outdoors and it is strictly forbidden inside the apartments.

Ask from the reception to provide you with the email address, where you can attach the boarding pass pdf file. In a few minutes after you send the email you may receive your boarding pass from the reception.

You can reach the property by car, bus, shuttle service or TAXI. For more information advice the How To Get Here section in our website.

You may contact us and we will let you know about the fare and ask you for your flight details to confirm the arrival time. You can make the arrangements directly with the driver and they will wait for you at the airport arrivals. The agreed fare is paid directly to the driver.

From March to November is the ideal time of the year to visit Ayia Napa, when off season is the perfect time for quiet and relaxation.

Ayia Napa has the best beaches in the island and is also famous for the good food and entertainment.
• Discover the organised beaches of Nissi Beach, Makronissos and enjoy a fantastic walk on the seaside heading to Cape Greco.
• Water sports and diving lessons are also available to enhance your experience in the Mediterranean Sea.
• Visit the Sculptures Park to see the masterpieces of artists from all over the world but also “THALASSA” museum where there are regular interesting exhibitions.
• Great landmark in Ayia Napa is the medieval Monastery at the square and the picturesque harbor.
• All kind of different restaurants are located nearby, ready to amaze you with their quality and variety. Once you find yourself in Cyprus do not forget to try the traditional meze with over than 20 different dishes.
• Of course you cannot miss the nightlife of Ayia Napa. Bars, pubs and clubs are in Ayias Mavris street and around the square.
• Cyprus biggest Luna Park is in Ayia Napa and just 10 minutes on foot from La Casa Di Napa.
