We are at your disposal for help and information to achieve a pleasant stay! At the reception you can find maps and guides and you may also print your boarding pass.
Reception
According to your reservation policy, if you choose to pay at the property, the payment is upon arrival. For all card payments, the card holder must be present. We do not accept card payments if the cardholder is not present. Online secure payment, Apple Pay and Google Pay are possible as well. The check in is available from 14:00 pm and please note that the checkout is at 12:00 pm. Day use and late check out are available upon availability and charges apply. Please inform us in advance if your check in is outside the reception working hours to arrange your registration and check in.
Useful Info
At the reception you can obtain information about local and intercity buses, shuttle services and day trips. We will be happy to call you a TAXI as well. If you need your boarding passes printed, you can forward the pdf files in our email, and we will print it for you.
Submitting your requests before noon every day provides us the chance to respond directly and effectively so you have a pleasant stay.
