A lot have changed since then except the high quality standards! We specialize in hospitality services and our main goal is to help our visitors to enhance their experience in Ayia Napa. The property is very well located near the centre of Ayia Napa, very close to Nissi avenue, and free parking is available for our guests.
House Rules
We kindly ask you to respect and apply the following during your stay, so all together enjoy a happy stay. It is very important that everybody respect the quiet hours between 11:00pm and 7:00am.
Please avoid excessive noise, playing music or moving furniture during the night. Parties are not allowed at the property. The smoking is not allowed indoors, and if you like to smoke you can go on the balcony where is permitted. Swimming is strictly prohibited when pool is closed. Unfortunately, it is not possible to host pets at the moment.
