Beaches of Ayia Napa

Ayia Napa, one of the most popular tourist resorts in Cyprus, is known for its unique beaches, famous for their crystal clear blue waters.

Nissi
Nissi beach a popular beach in the resort of Ayia Napa, Cyprus. The beach stretches for 500 metres and the water is clean enough for the beach to have been awarded the blue flag designation. The beach, which runs the length of its own cove, takes its name from the small islet of Nissi (Greek: Νησί) located close to the coast. The uninhabited islet can be easily reached on foot through the shallow waters and its location provides a good shelter for the rest of the beach. Source: Wikipedia

Konnos
A little piece of island paradise. Situated 4 km east of the centre of the popular resort of Agia Napa – on the road between Cape Gkreko and Protaras – the 200-metre long beach of Konnos is one of the most picturesque on the island. The last beach delineating the boundaries between Agia Napa and Paralimni, Konnos is small and idyllic, and covered in fine golden sand. Its calm and crystal clear seawaters are sheltered from heavy winds. Source: Visit Cyprus

Glyki Nero

Beach located by Agia Napa’s popular centre. Located just 1 km east of the centre of the popular resort of Agia Napa, the 250-metre long beach of Glyki Nero is a beautiful coastal stretch that reaches to the impressive Agia Napa Sea Caves, and continues west to the picturesque harbour. Its name means ‘sweet water’ in Greek, and it is a sandy, natural beach of fine, golden sands, and shallow and calm, crystal-clear seawaters. Source: Visit Cyprus
